In the fall of 2003 Mark Tremonti, Scott Phillips and Brian Marshall sent three demos to Myles Kennedy to record vocals on as a part of his audition to join Alter Bridge. “Broken Wings” was the first demo that Myles sent back which lead to the guys flying him out to Orlando on January 2nd 2004 to jam.
The band set up a rehearsal space and played together for the first time on January 4th, 2004. The content starts on the first day of Alter bridge and spans thought the entire One Day Remains album cycle.
