On Sunday, February 8 at 21:00, TNT enthusiastically presents the “Gutter Goths and Glamour Punks” mini-festival. Featuring three bands you shouldn’t miss and hot Dj sets by Athens’ leading spinmasters.
“And natural born teen leaders” TEENHEAT hit the stage first, with sweaty emotionally charged doses of underground rock energy. Not just a throwback to the Dolls, Thunders & Ramones, but a kick ass extension of that era.
STAR STAR is up next with their well mannered decadence and their high energy “rock trash au go go” show…always sure to prove that they are truly in “a glass of their own”
PAST PERFECT with their fresh “darkadelic” sound and atmospheric stage presence, will add their own gothic dimension to this unique concert event.
The Dj’s will keep the party jumping by jamming your favorite bands all night, while on the screen watch music videos as well as cult horror flix. Featured DJ sets by the Monkey Business crew, SPK of club Rebound, X the guru of www.gothic.gr, FOK BS and an exclusive set by DJ Rose.

Tην Κυριακή, 8 του Φλεβάρη στις 21.00, το ΤΝΤ με χαρά σας παρουσιάζει το “Gutter Goths and Glamour Punks” μίνι φεστιβάλ με τη συμμετοχή 3 συγκροτημάτων που δεν πρέπει να χάσετε και με ένα καυτό μουσικό set από τους πιο κορυφαίους DJ’s της Αθήνας.

Τη συναυλία θα ανοίξουν οι ΤΕΕΝΗΕΑΤ με γερές δόσεις αδρεναλίνης και συναισθημάτων από την underground rock σκηνή ?Δεν πρόκειται απλά για ένα πιστό αντίγραφο της μουσικής των Dolls, Thunders & Ramones αλλά περισσότερο για μια εκρηχτική συνέχεια εκείνης της εποχής .

Ακολουθούν οι STAR STAR, με τον ευγενικό τους παρακμιακό χαρακτήρα και με την υψηλή ενέργεια που μεταφέρουν μέσα από το «rock trash au go go» show?πάντα πρόθυμοι να αποδείξουν ότι έχουν στ΄ αλήθεια κλειστεί στο «δικό τους γυαλί».

Αμέσως μετά ?οι PAST PERFECT με το νέο τους «darkadelic» ήχο και την ατμοσφαιρική σκηνική τους παρουσία θα προσθέσουν τη δική τους γοτθική διάσταση σε αυτό το μοναδικό συναυλιακό γεγονός.

Τους ρυθμούς του party θα συνεχίσουν όλο το υπόλοιπο βράδυ DJ΄s με αγαπημένες μουσικές, ενώ θα υπάρχει οθόνη για να παρακολουθήσουμε μουσικά videos όπως και cult ταινίες τρόμου. Στα DJ?s sets συμμετέχουν η ομάδα Monkey Business, SPK από το club Rebound, ο γκουρού X του www.gothic.gr, FOK BS ενώ θα υπάρξει ένα αποκλειστικό set από τον DJ Rose!

Προσθέστε δωράκια από CD και Τshirt, η είσοδος έχει 8 Ευρώ και μπύρα! Ελάτε λοιπόν να περάσουμε υπέροχα σε αυτό το ξεχωριστό συναυλιακό γεγονός υποστηρίζοντας έτσι και την εγχώρια μουσική μας σκηνή.

PAST PERFECT
The mysterious PAST PERFECT formed in Athens during December of 2000. They started by playing cover versions of bands such as Joy Division, Dead Can Dance, The Sisters of Mercy and Nick Cave. Pretty soon it became obvious that they needed to play their own original material. After a relentless string of live appearances they fine tuned their first 12 tracks. Gig by gig, they developed their unique dark atmospheric sound, using loops, sound effects and projectors on stage. In April of 2002, PAST PERFECT captured the feeling of their fresh dark wave sound in the studio, while their theatrical approach in their live show brought a new dimension to the traditional Gothic Rock genre. In 2003 the band signs a four year three album deal with Cyberdelia records. The release of their first album titled “WHISPERS OF SOULS IN SILENCE” gets the Greek and foreign press as well as industry insiders buzzing. Besides cover features in leading magazines, an unreleased live track is circulated by the Greek Music mag ROCK’N’ROLL, earning the band a spot in the upper eschelon of the Greek music scene.

Johnnie and Weeds grew up together in New York City. Johnnie was a stoner. Weeds, well…he was taking accordion lessons. Then, after high-school, Weeds looked cooler, so Johnnie asked him to form a band…being that he knew the accordian and all.
Jak was a punk. While Johnnie was recovering from his car accident Jak would bring him cigarrettes…so Johnnie asked him to join the band…being that he was an alcoholic and all.
