[B]METALFEST Germany/Austria 2012 ? First TOP bands and second Metalfest in Germany announced!

METALFEST 2011 had been a huge success ? two weekends, five countries with almost 100.000 fans attending. Bands such as Sabaton, Cradle Of Filth, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, Amorphis and many more were rocking the Metalfest stages 2011 and made sure nobody will ever forget those amazing festival weekends!
Due to the big success, METALFEST 2012 will be expanding to nine events in eight countries. Besides the five festivals already taking place there´ll be METALFESTs in Italy, Poland and Croatia, and there´ll be a second METALFST in Germany which will take place at the beautiful location Loreley in the West of Germany.

METALFEST Germany West/Loreley:
Besides METALFEST in Dessau/Germany in the country´s East, there´ll be a brand new event in the West as well in 2012. Happening in one of the most beautiful locations and scenery at Loreley! For all the fans who logisitic or timing-wise couldn´t make it yet to Dessau will now get their very own festival close by. Not only is the ?Loreley? one of the most fantastic places ever to be rocking out at a festival but it´s also got a wide range of activities to offer in its surroundings, such as castles, landscape, tours and so on. This way, your festival trip as well becomes a vacation highlight with relaxation, holiday vibe and the full offering of Heavy Metal!
Praised by many poets and loved by millions of visitors from all over the world, the Loreley is not only the heart of the world cultural heritage rhine valley. This magic rock is also a very charismatic event location: rock stars such as Genesis, Metallica, Iggy Pop, Frank Zappa, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Scorpions, Ted Nugent, Saxon, Dire Straits, U2 and many more world famous acts were performing there already. METALFEST Germany East/Dessau
Metalfest Dessau (near Leipzig) will be taking place for the third time already and 2011 27.000 metalheads found their way to Dessau and celebrated three days of metal festival at its best in sunny and perfect festival weather. Acts like Sabaton, Wintersun, Amorphis, Amon Amarth, Arch Enemy, Cradle Of Filth and plenty more made Metalfest Dessau an unique event. It´ll again be located on the airfield Dessau and the festival offers best fan service and value for money. Ticket price includes camping and parking and all other food and drink expenses at the festival site are more than reasonable for an Open Air event!
The good location nearby the highway A9 makes an arrival by car very easy, but also Berlin and Leipzig airport lie within a reasonably short distance. From Dessau main station you are able to get to the festival area either by foot in a few minutes or with the festival shuttles supplied.

METALFEST Austria/Mining am Inn
Also 2012 in the very idyllic and beautiful surroundings of Castle Mamling in Mining/Inn METALFEST is about to draw fans in from all over the place. Last time, the festival was completely SOLD-OUT, another prove of the huge success of the Metalfest series. Metal fans party in a very unique scenery with metal bands from all sorts of different musical styles. Metal with no boundaries and a friendly atmosphere!
