Επίσης οι στίχοι του Great southern trendkill ήταν όλα τα λεφτά…Εβγαζαν όλο το μίσος και την οργή των Pantera για την αντιμετώπιση τους από τα Media που ενώ οι ίδιοι είχαν φτάσει και μέχρι το Νο1 του Biilboard με το Far Beyond Driven και γενικώς είχαν μεγάλη απήχηση στους οπαδύς και fans τα Media είτε εους αγνοούσαν επιδεικτικά είτε τους χλεύαζαν…Και η απάντηση τους ήταν φυσικά μεγαλειώδης…
