Hahah I know what you mean. I love Classical Studies (that’s the whole reason I’m studying in Greece, though I’m very excited to find out about the modern culture and life) but lately I have become a lazy student, posting on forums and playing guitar instead of doing work…

well in my opinion achilles thought that he was a badass because he was invincible and stuff but he argued with agamemnonas because they liked the same chick so if it wasn’t for odysseas who had huge balls to enter troy in a wooden horse they wouldn’t have taken troy not even in a million years.
haha thanks I’m bored with where I live so I’m coming to Greece! haha
I think i will agree with you.In fact you are right about Aithiopis because it’s an epic poem and it gives emphasis on how ancient greeks were imagining a hero.A hero in ancient greece meant two things.Someone strong enough and brave in the battle, willing to defend his land and a well educated man or a man who is really good at speaking. From the other hand Iliad is the first anti-war poem with a lot of meaning at it’s lines.
I think you’ll find that the universe pretty much covers everything.
Shut up woman get on my horse!

Astrid, I’m looking at this thread (roughly translated as “Your Faces 2: The Return” and I see NO NEW POSTS. I’d like to ask why that is. You better have a solid excuse.
