Σήμερις χτύπησα το δεύτερο κουτί.
3 cd έχει, και περιέχει το pure άλμπουμ του '92, καθώς και τα Cold World & Slavestate ΕΡς του '92. 
Το τελευταίο είναι στην τελική του μορφή, οπότε περιέχει και τα slavestate remixes και το Slateman single από την ίδια εποχή ('91-'92).
20 ευρώπουλα στο μετρόπολις. Να πω ότι ΓΑΜΑΕΙ? Χρειάζεται? Ότι έιναι τίγκα στις ΚΟΜΜΑΤΑΡΕΣ? Οτι πρέπει να τα τσεκάρετε όλοι?
Το μόνο αρνητικό, ότι τώρα το cd μου slateman/cold world που είχα φτύσει αίμα να το βρω είναι μάλλον άχρηστο…
Ξέχασα να γράψω οτι ο Justin θα κάνει remaster στο Streetcleaner.
I have had a few questions / assumptions on Twitter regarding the news that the Godflesh ‘Streetcleaner’ LP is being reworked. The truth is that I am finally remastering the album, there are no remixes / re-recordings or such nonsense. Additionally, I am hoping to compile an extra discs worth of rough and original mixes from the ‘Streetcleaner’ studio sessions, also rehearsal versions, etc. More news as I compile this. If all goes to plan, this will be a very exciting and much needed update of the ‘Streetcleaner’ LP. Planned for release on Earache in June 2010 to coincide with Godflesh at Hellfest.
Είμαι περίεργος να δω ποιο θα είναι το επόμενο box-set που θα βγάλουν.
Θα έχει μέσα τα Selfless/Merciless με το τριδιάστατο εξώφυλλο, που πανυγύριζα όταν τα βρήκα, και θα κλαίω και γω σαν τον Bleeding ότι θα είναι άχρηστα;
Ή θα είναι το Streetcleaner που λέει ο rip συν κανένα ep εκείνης της περιόδου;
Οπου και πάλι θα τα έχουμε τα μισά…

Title explains everything. Early versions of songs from Godflesh final album “Hymns”, released in 2001. Broadrick disbanded group year later. His next project Jesu debuted in 2003.
“Birthdeath” is early version of “Paralyzed” and “Beyond Good & Evil” changed to “Deaf, Dumb and Blind”.
Βρίσκεται εύκολα με ένα απλό γκουγκλάρισμα στον τίτλο του
εντιτ. Επίσης, παλιότερα στο σάιτ τους είχε για φρη κατέβασμα και τη μοναδική οφίσιαλ λάιβ ηχογράφηση των γκόντφλες “Live in Dublin” ηχογραφημένο περίπου την ίδια εποχή με αυτά τα ντέμος. Καλό λάιβ, αλλά τραγικό τρακλίστινγκ.

“Streetcleaner”, the seminal 1989 album from British industrial metal pioneers GODFLESH, will be remastered and reissued in a deluxe digipak in Europe on June 21 and in North America on August 10 via Earache Records.
“Streetcleaner” was GODFLESH’s second release, proving to be one of the band’s finest and most recognized albums and helping them to become one of the most influential industrial bands ever. Now “Streetcleaner” is being brought up to date as a special expanded version, with all tracks remastered by GODFLESH founding member Justin Broadrick. The album also includes a bonus disc featuring 12 previously unreleased live tracks, alternate mixes and demos, and comes housed in a deluxe multi-panel digipak with detailed liner notes.

GODFLESH will perform at this year’s installment of the Hellfest, set to take place June 18-20, 2010 in Clisson, France. This will mark the reunited group’s only appearance in Europe.
According to Justin, the band’s lineup for the Hellfest performance will consist of Broadrick and Green, accompanied by various “machines and projections.”
Justin explained to U.K.'s Terrorizer magazine the reasons behind the band’s return to the live stage.
“It wasn’t remotely planned,” he said. “Whenever it’s been mentioned previously, I’d stated categorically not, regardless of the color of the offers. But, somehow, this started to make sense late 2009, and once I put it to Ben ‘G.C.’ Green in no unceertain terms, it made sense to him, too. Not having to support a record or a label and just do as we wish on our terms is exciting, and to play as GODFLESH were originally designed is even more thrilling. Not that this may be repeated at all after Hellfest; we’re literally taking it as it comes.”
When asked what the odds are of any new GODFLESH material being released in the near future, Justinsaid, “That is fairly minimal. We are more than happy to return to our old sound for a show, but uncertain how we could do this in the context of new material. We’ve both moved on so much, but we will not rule out any possibility currently.”
GODFLESH split up in April 2002 ? six months after Green announced his departure from the group. “Regrettably it took until the day of leaving for a lengthy U.S tour for the realization [that the band was over] to finally take its toll on me,” Broadrick stated at the time. “Unfortunately, the finality of the decision and the responsibilities of making the decision proved too much for me to bear, and I collapsed under the weight. I found that without G.C. Green, GODFLESH is not GODFLESH, and him leaving proved to be an omen for me. I also feel that everything we originally intended or even imagined with GODFLESH we have done.”

Να μπει η Ολμάιτι να μας πει αν στο χέλφεστ ήταν τόσο απογοητευτικοί όσο θέλω να πιστεύω ότι ήταν.
Σε άλλα οφτόπικ νέα, Supersonic is the new Roadburn και πλέον ψιλο-ελπίζουμε και σε περιοδεία.

Για το hellfest:
GODFLESH @ Hellfest. Okay, if you were in attendance for this then I am sure you are aware of how disappointed we were with what transpired, and we are sure you are / were most likely disappointed too.
I am afraid that it was all utterly beyond our control, we salvaged a performance out of what was a fairly ridiculous set of events. The power generator blowing during the set from The Young Gods, on just prior to us, was the catalyst for the ensuing chaos. At one point, performing at all was even in doubt. We had an hour allocated for both soundcheck and stage set up, since there is no soundcheck prior to the start of the festival, unfortunately, something that we really did need, but we were having to put our trust in the one hour allocated before performance, this one hour then became 20 short and extremely stressful minutes, with the stage management proclaiming that we must start immediately without any check of the sound, disastrous for us - additionally, the backline they hired in for us was not entirely correct or had faults with it, Ben’s bass rig specifically, my guitar amp was not right either, the monitors were awful without the time for us to correct them sufficiently, resulting in not hearing virtually any of the Machine in the monitors for nearly all of our opener ‘Like Rats’, the DVD machine for our films was also somewhat faulty. In short, this was an absolute frustrating catalogue of disasters, presenting the band in, for us, one of the worst ways imaginable. We do though consider that we somewhat forged a performance out of a significantly bad situation.
We played 40 of our intended 60 minutes ; quite literally onstage I managed to turn 30 minutes into 40 due to ongoing arguments, during our set, with the stage management.
We’re really sorry to everyone concerned that all this happened and hopefully this will all be rectified at the forthcoming GODFLESH performance at the Supersonic Festival, details below, for those who can make it, of course.

Εγώ όχι τόσο και γενικά πρέπει να χαλαρώσει λίγο με τις κυκλοφορίες ο Μπρόντρικ.
Kαλα οτι το εχει παρακανει ειναι σιγουρο.
Το συγκεκριμενο ομως δεν ειναι Jesu αλλα ενα project που
κανει remix στο Pale Sketches.
