Ρε συ ξενέρωσα με το aqualung… Εντάξει, καλό όλο το ορχηστρικό στην αρχή, αλλά στο τέλος έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να το πει κανονικά. Αυτό που κάνει το aqualung τεράστιο τραγούδι είναι η όλη εξέλιξή του, με το ξέσπασμα κτλ κτλ Τώρα να τραγουδάει το feeling alone the army’s up the road έτσι (ίσως το καλύτερο σημείο του κανονικού τραγουδιού) είναι κάπως… Πάντως υπάρχει μεγάλη πιθανότητα να πάω.
εμενα μου αρεσει που το αλαξαν οπως θα ειναι κ ολα τα παλια κοματια αλαγμενα!
αλλα εγω δεν θεω πελον οι Tull να παιζουν παλια κοματια. δεν μπορουν να τα παιξουν οπως παλια με εκεινη την αλητεια κ την βρωμια! προτιμω να ακουω απο το 1987 κ μετα κοματια που τα παιζουν θεικα!

Anyway, δε μας χαλάνε κιόλας να τους δούμε όπως και να’χει!! Tull είναι αυτοί!!! Αν και από τα πιο καινούρια τους δεν έχω κανένα ολόκληρο άλμπουμ, μόνο τραγούδια:(

αυτα θα τα δουμε οταν ο IAn αποφασισει να βγαλει κανα dvd απο τα παλια! ιδικα περιοδους 1973-1975
που γινοταν χαμος!
απο καινουρια ακουσε το roots to branches! για εμενα ειναι ο καλυτερος δισκος τον 90’ς

Ένα καημό και παράπονο έχω από τα set lists που είδα πάντως:
ότι και πάλι, όπως και στην συναυλία του 2003 στο Ηρώδειο, δεν υπάρχει ΤΙΠΟΤΕ από το θεϊκό άλμπουμ ‘‘Μinstrel In The Gallery’’.

Υπαρχει μια περιπτωση να ειναι το μοναδικο live που θα δω λογο εξετασεων-δουλειας…οποτε θα τα σκασω…
Εισητήρια για Ηράκλειο από που θα πάρουμε ξέρεις;

Σ’ ένα απ’ τα 2 είδα αφίσα. Ίσως η μοναδική που υπάρχει σε όλη την πόλη 
εδω θεσσαλονικη εχει γεμισει η πολη με αφισες μικρες αλλα κ μεγαλες! κ υπαρχει λογος για αυτο…
παντως απο το playlist περιμενω με αγωνια να ακουσω το Pastime With Good Company (King Henry’s Madrigal)
το οποιο το παιζανε live μεσα στο 70 κ κυκλοφορισε σε ενα maxi single το 78(αν δεν κανω λαθος) το οποιο αποσυρθηκε μετα απο μια βδομαδα! ενοιτε πως ειναι πανσπανιο! τουλαχιστον σαν κοματι υπαρχει στην επανακυκλοφοριση!
Τι περίμενες…Δεν πειράζει τουλαχιστον δεν χρειάζεται να τρεχουμε μήπως δεν προλάβουμε.Τώρα πρέπει να βρω κάποιον Στο Ηράκλειο να μου παρει κάνα εισητήριο…

Apart from some festival dates, most Tull shows in 2007 will be either all acoustic (like the March/April UK tour which also features two orchestral shows in London) or a mixture of acoustic and electric material, rather like the concerts in the USA and elsewhere in 2005/6.
With such a legacy of acoustic music and the various ?unplugged? tradition of Ian Anderson and Tull over the years, the songs which embody such dynamic variation and instrumentation, like My God, Aqualung, Thick As A Brick, Budapest, etc are often those which best survive the passing of years. New material as well as some re-working of old Tull and other classics will be on offer too. Homage to Mozart, Keith Emerson, King Henry VIII, as well as pieces by Anna Phoebe and Ann Marie (according to the fiddler fiddling) feature in the set lists planned for the year. Some acoustic oldies like Dun Ringill, Jack-a-Lynn, One Brown Mouse, Salamander, and Fat Man will sit alongside their newer counterparts. The UK tour will be accompanied by the release by EMI/Chrysalis of the Best Of Acoustic Jethro Tull. My choice of some of my favourite songs from over the years, supplemented by a couple of live bonus tracks.
As you might guess, my old ears have been ringing for most of the 39 years of Tull touring and, although we are far from being the loudest band in town, it has still been pretty punishing over the years. The pleasures of the many quieter shows (on stage that is ? still pretty loud for the audience) which I have been doing more recently has meant no more fuzzy hearing and headaches after shows. The difficulty in hearing myself in the midst of relative cacophony has been replaced by a much nicer way of doing business with you. Kept me in better humour too as some have noticed. Not that I?m cranky or anything. Who, me?
I wear in-ear monitors on stage, or in one ear, at any rate, and the combination of ambient stage sound in my right ear and the close-up-and-personal monitoring of mostly me in my left ear, means I can enjoy performing so much more. Even in the orchestral shows, we get a nice lenient balance and volume on stage and then amplify collectively that natural acoustic stage mix to the levels out front which our audiences expect. Very important to keep those in-ears at modest levels. I NEVER turn mine up from the soundcheck level and it varies hardly a jot from night to night anyway. Quieter than your average personal stereo, I?ll wager.
