χρησιμοποιείς έναν όρο τον οποίο οι ma απεχθάνονται μετά βδελυγμίας. Τέλος πάντων, θα συμφωνήσω στο ότι οι ma ηγούνται της σκηνής του Bristol και ταυτόχρονα οι portishead είναι οι αγαπημένοι μου.

το trip hop όμως υπάρχει λόγω των massive attack.αυτοί είναι οι ιδρυτές του κινήματος.και άσχετα αν πλέον το έχουν ρίξει στην post rockίζουσα electronica, στα 90’s αυτό που έκαναν ήταν trip hop στα καλύτερά του.

Συμφωνω με τον κο The Horror, αλλωστε το αγαπημενο μου trip hop κομματι ever ανηκει στους ΜΑ (Unfinished Sympathy) αλλα αυτο δεν αναιρει το ποσο καταπληκτικοι ειναι οι Portishead. Δεν θα μπω στη διαδικασια να γραψω τα αγαπημενα μου κομματια επειδη ειναι πολλα. Απλα θα σημειωσω πως για εμενα, το Third ηταν μεν κατι το διαφορετικο αλλα σε καμια περιπτωση κακο. Το λατρεψα.

Ηρεμήστε ρε. Γκρουπάρες και τα 2 τι να λέμε τώρα. Εξάλλου ποτέ δεν μπήκαν σε αντιπαράθεση τα ίδια τα γκρουπ τι το κάνετε εσείς. Μεγάλη τιμή για μας που έδρασαν στα ενεργά μουσικά μας χρόνια και δεν τους γνωρίσαμε εν μέσω αφιερώματος σε κάποιο περιοδικό/blog πλέον.

[B]No New Portishead Album In 2011?

Firstly, an apology to Geoff Barrow for our habit of taking what he writes on Twitter and turning it into news stories. His righteous anti-marketing blast last week ended up all over the press, and Clash Magazine (as they often do) got the wrong end of the stick. Anyway, today Barrow has hinted on his Twitter that we’re all mistaken in thinking that Portishead are to put out a new album this year. Thus he writes: “Dunno where the news came from that we are releasing this year, unless like some other bands we get someone else to write it for us!”
